48 sputtering system, but smaller...
Mustang’s
Mini-Colt, with its’ smaller footprint, smaller
chamber and faster cycle, is designed to optimize the cell
manufacturing process. The Mini comes with either a diffusion
pump or a dry pumping option.
The
Mini-Colt's footprint starts at only 100 square
feet including workspace, perfect for cell manufacturing.
Special additions
available: optional
thickness monitoring and dry pump options for optical coating applications.
